GANDHI is a goldfish with an attitude and a big dream; to one day live in the ocean. However, his dream becomes secondary when he discovers friendship with the struggling young musician RUFUS, but as Rufus gets distracted by his own career and their friendship slowly disappears Gandhi once again remembers his own dream.
