FRIDA (8) is longing to meet her father and lately she strongly believes he has to be an alien. She tries to get contact through an old radio in the goat shed, on the farm where she lives with her mother, but to no use. But one day a funny looking guy GUY shows up and Frida soon realises he is her father. Now she not only needs to convince her mother, but also hide him from an alien hunter.

My dad’s an alien! is a 14 min short film for kids and YleFem’s contribution to the EBU children’s drama 2021.
